Terms

The Line is a public billboard. You pay Stripe to place one line of text, optionally with a link, on a single shared slot. You are buying the spot. You are not buying traffic, rank, attention, or any result.

There is no guarantee of views, clicks, revenue, or duration. Someone else may take the line at any time by paying at least one dollar more. When that happens, your payment is not refunded. You do not get the stake back.

What you keep: the record. After you are replaced, your line stays in history — message, amount, timestamps, and link if you posted one. That permalink is public and permanent. Clicks on a dead link still count. This is secondary ranking, forever.

Payments are processed by Stripe. A succeeded charge claims the line. Creating a payment intent does not. Charges are final, except when we could not deliver the line because another claim won the same race — then we refund that payment only.

You are responsible for the content you submit. No illegal material, sexual content, or chat-invite links. We may hide a line. The amount paid and the historical slot still stand.

You cannot edit a paid line. To change it, you pay again.

These terms are governed by applicable US law. Stripe is our payment processor.
